Fees for Maintenance Plans are due in full before the maintenance period begins. Development for Maintenance Plans takes place in 15-minute increments. Unused time is not transferrable from month to month. You will be informed if maintenance will exceed the monthly allotted hours, as time exceeding the number of hours in the selected monthly plan will be billed at an extra charge
